How YouTube sees your channel

YouTube reviews your channel as a whole.

Its reviewers may focus on your most viewed videos. We check them — and every other video you’ve posted.

Your most viewed videos aren’t only your newest. Some are years old — and they’re read against today’s rules.

107changes to YouTube’s thousand-plus rules since this video went up.

YouTube’s own example of a video with limited ads: a documentary on a recent homicide featuring descriptive language of the circumstances of death

One video loses ads or gets age-restricted.

One appeal, then the decision is final. An edit made afterwards isn’t re-reviewed.

You’ll know which video, which second, which rule.

Your whole channel can be demonetized.

When most of it isn’t suitable for advertisers.

You’ll know what your most viewed videos show a reviewer.

Three strikes in 90 days can remove it.

Deleting a video doesn’t remove a strike.

You’ll know what may go against the rules while it’s still one edit.

“My brother and I ran a channel that was our main income. After a few strikes, a policy update got the whole channel demonetized. The reason: ‘much of your content’ was ‘unsatisfying’ — no video named, no moment, appeal rejected. Had we known what to fix in time, we could have saved it. So we built software that tracks the hundreds of YouTube rules no creator can keep up with alone, and reads every second, every title and the channel as a whole.”

Step 1 · Deep Audit

Every video gets an answer.

One report for your whole channel. The few videos that need you come first — the second, YouTube’s rule, one change in Studio.

  1. Every second of every video
  2. Every title and thumbnail
  3. The channel as a whole
  4. Checked by a person

  1. Picture, sound and on-screen text, second by second. An unclear moment is read again, independently; two reads must agree.
  2. Every title, description and thumbnail — the first things a viewer and a reviewer see.
  3. What repeats across your videos, what is templated, what a title promises and the video does not give.
  4. Before you see it: YouTube’s rule word for word, and one edit you can make in Studio.

Questions

How it works

What exactly do you check?

Three readings, one report. Every video, second by second. Every title, description and thumbnail. And your channel as a whole: what repeats, what is templated, what the title promises and the video does not give. Hundreds of YouTube rules — the ones no creator can keep in their head.

I’ve never had a problem. Why now?

If YouTube’s reviewers check your channel, they check it against today’s policies — and they may focus on your most viewed videos, even old ones. Once a video is flagged, an edit doesn’t reopen the review, and you get one appeal. The best time to know is while nothing is wrong.

How is this different from YouTube’s Checks?

YouTube’s Checks look at ads and copyright when you upload a new video. We read your whole catalogue — picture, speech, on-screen text, title, description and thumbnail — quote YouTube’s rule against the exact second, and check it all again when YouTube changes a rule.

Who checks the findings? Is it just AI?

An AI model reads every second of every video first — picture, speech and on-screen text — and never gives a score: every finding shows the second, what was seen or heard, and YouTube’s rule in its own words. In the Deep Audit, a person checks every finding before you see it. Guard runs automatically; add a person’s signature to any check for one more token. You can ask about any finding by email.

What happens to your videos?

We never download your public videos: they are read through their public link. Files you upload for Check a video are deleted automatically after 3 days. Nothing you give us is used to train an AI. With your OK — the “Help improve our checks” switch in Settings, off until you turn it on — we keep what the check wrote (the moment, the rule, the verdict) without your channel’s name, to test and tune our checks. Leave it off, and nothing changes for you. Everything tied to your channel is erased within 7 days if you ask, otherwise 90 days after you stop.

Price and terms

How long does it take? What if you find nothing?

Your report arrives within 5 working days after we can read your channel. It lists every video, with the ones that need you first. We ask for Viewer (limited) access in YouTube Studio — never your password. After your report you have 14 days to make the changes; we check those videos again, free. And if we find nothing? Then you have what most channels never get: every video read against today’s rules, the answer for each one, dated in your Warden File. That is the result — “No material finding”, video by video.

What does it cost for my channel?

$449 covers up to 500 videos and 250 hours of video; past either limit the price is calculated per video. Shorts count by their length in the hours. We set the price from your channel link, and you see it before you pay. The audit includes 30 days of Guard with 8 tokens. To continue after that, choose it in your account, around day 20 to 29: $149 a month — cancel in one click — or the Founding year, $1,199, open to anyone until 31 Dec 2026. You tick the renewal box there. Do nothing and Guard ends after the 30 days, with nothing charged.

Can I get my money back?

Fees are non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of paying; if the service has started at your request, you pay for what is already done. If we have access to your channel and cannot deliver your Deep Audit, we refund you in full. Refund policy
