CreatorWarden is software that reads the videos of a YouTube channel and finds moments that may conflict with YouTube’s public policies. These are the prices of each product.

Free check
$0 no card
Check 3 videos of your channel: your most viewed, your newest and one you choose. Each is read in full by software, with no card and nothing to connect. Your result page is ready in minutes. A person looks at any finding if you ask from your result.
Deep Audit
From $449 one-time, fixed before you pay
$449 covers up to 500 videos and 250 hours of video. Shorts count by their length in the hours, not as separate videos. Beyond either limit, the price is calculated per video and shown to you from your channel link before you pay. A price we email you holds for 7 days.
What you get:
- The report for your whole channel, with the exact second of each finding.
- YouTube’s policy text, quoted as written.
- A suggested edit for each finding.
- Every finding checked by a person.
- 30 days of Guard, with 8 tokens included.
- After your free check: a free-check offer takes $50 off your Deep Audit for 3 days (code WARDEN50).
- Videos you change after the report are checked again, free, within 14 days. So is a finding you dispute.
We aim to send the report within 5 working days after we can read your channel.
If we find nothing: then you have what most channels never get: every video read against today’s rules, the answer for each one, dated in your Warden File. That is the result — “No material finding”, video by video.
Guard
$149 a month, after the 30 included days
Guard keeps checking the channel after the Deep Audit. The first 30 days come with the Deep Audit. To continue after them, choose it in your account and tick the renewal box there: Guard then continues at $149 a month until you cancel. If you do nothing, Guard ends on day 30 and nothing is charged. Cancel in one click at any time.
- Every new public video is checked automatically after it goes live. No token is used.
- Once a month, the titles, descriptions and thumbnails of the new videos are read again. No token is used.
- When YouTube changes a rule, the new rule is checked against your whole record. No token is used.
- 8 tokens a month for checks before you publish. Unused tokens roll over, up to 16. A person’s signature on a check uses 1 more token.
- Check a video: fix the clip and upload it again once within 72 hours, and that re-check is free.
- Notice guide: free for a video we have read; signed by a person, 1 token.
- A same-hour alert when a video is flagged.
- A monthly report.
- One channel per account.
Founding year
$1,199 a year
That is 33% less than 12 monthly payments ($1,788). The Founding year is open until 31 Dec 2026. After that it is $1,490 a year. If you renew, the price stays $1,199 every year.

Extra tokens are sold while Guard is on and are valid for 6 months from the day you buy them. A friend you refer gets $50 off their Deep Audit, and you get 12 tokens.
Tax
Prices are shown without tax. Tax is added at payment where it applies. In the EU and the UK, if you buy as a consumer, you see the price including VAT before you pay. Businesses with a valid VAT ID pay no VAT where reverse charge applies.
