These terms govern your use of CreatorWarden, operated by Clever Arts Ltd (Клевър Артс ООД), registered in Bulgaria (company no. 203987047, VAT BG203987047), with registered office at 2 Eliezer Kalev St., Plovdiv, Bulgaria. By requesting a scan or subscribing, you agree to them.
The short version. We give you an informed opinion about where your catalogue sits against YouTube's published rules. We are not YouTube, we cannot decide what YouTube does, and we do not guarantee any outcome. What we do guarantee is that every finding cites the clause and the evidence behind it, so you can judge it yourself.
CreatorWarden audits a YouTube channel's content against YouTube's published policies and returns a report identifying material that, in our assessment, carries compliance risk. Each finding names the clause it relates to, the evidence for it, and the nearest clause we considered and rejected.
Enforcement decisions belong entirely to YouTube. Our own testing shows that between two near-identical videos from the same channel, the outcome is not reliably predictable by anyone, and we do not claim otherwise.

The audit. The one-time catalogue audit is invoiced on delivery. If our audit does not identify a substantial finding in your catalogue, you owe nothing — we tell you that instead of sending an invoice.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable VAT, which is shown at checkout.
EU right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By asking us to begin the audit immediately you consent to us starting within that period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If we have not yet delivered your first report, we will refund you in full on request.
While the service is in early access, reports are prepared partly by hand and delivery times are indicative rather than guaranteed. We will tell you before you pay if this applies to you.
You keep all rights in your channel and its content. You grant us a limited licence to access and analyse it solely to produce your report. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can revoke our access to your Google Account at any time.
Reports, the rule database and the site itself remain our intellectual property. You may use your reports freely inside your own organisation and share them with your advisers; please do not republish them as your own work or resell them.
The service is provided without warranty that it will identify every compliance risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost views, or the consequences of any platform decision. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the statutory rights of consumers in the EU.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on, or if continuing would expose us to legal risk. Where we end a subscription without cause, we refund the unused portion.
We may change these terms. For material changes affecting active subscribers we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before they take effect.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
